Shipping Policy
Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are not processed, shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
If you would like to cancel and/or amend your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.
Once we have received your cancellation/amendment request, we will contact our courier service to check if the order has been shipped.
If it has not, we will return the order to our warehouse and process the request upon receiving the item.
An email notification will be sent to you.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipping charge is calculated after promo codes are applied to the final price.
We ship to all major countries currently listed below, please contact us if you would like to ship to a location that is not listed.

We work with most major carriers and courier partners for our shipping.
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
LondynElliot is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
LondynElliot is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
